4. Payment Policy
All payments are processed securely through Paystack or Flutterwave. Course fees are charged in Nigerian Naira. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the course has been accessed for less than 20% of its content.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms of service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
7. Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Career outcomes described are based on typical results and may vary.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
